Church Notes for December – 2016
For unto us a child is born – unto us a son is given….Christmas is such a special time. We celebrate the coming of the Christ-child, the Anointed One, the Prince of Peace. We remember and reflect on the idea that God took human form and walked among us, and we called him Emmanuel, or “God is with us.” Please join with us to celebrate this holy season in any way that is comfortable for you. We welcome your participation.
Christmas Day Dinner at the Legion! All welcome – bring a friend. This is a community time of sharing. Please help us make sure no one is left out. Deliveries for those unable to attend are available too. Starts at 1pm. Call Roxanna at 604-486-0361.
