Something to ponder: “To live with respect in Creation…” - excerpt from the United Church of Canada New Creed (1963) Millions of our children and youth, supported by some adults, took to the streets of the world on September 20 to demand action on Climate Change. Have we thought enough about what kind of world we are leaving our children?
Texada Healing Circle Healing Sessions…are now available starting at 9AM Fridays. These sessions are available to all adult residents of Texada and are offered as an energy healing outreach to the community. There is no charge, but donations are welcome. Please call Barb Wells at 604-486-7677 for an appointment. Deep relaxation and pain relief are often attained during the session.
Fall Fair & Bake Sale! Mark your calendars for October 19, 11-2pm. Please set aside your gently used treasures for sale or silent auction. Tables will be available as in the past, please call Maureen Northrop to reserve: 604-486-7590.
Movie Sunday! October 27 – 12 pm start at the church. “Water” a Deepa Mehta film set in India. We will share light lunch and show movie. All welcome. No charge. Short discussion may follow.

Milestones: Died: Jack Hobson, September 13, 2019. Our sincere condolences to Jack’s friends and family.
Weekly Services: 10:30 Sundays. All welcome – please come and bring a friend!
